Matt Maruca founded Ra Optics to make the world's finest blue light blocking glasses, and created The Light Diet, the only diet today that directly addresses the root of the modern chronic disease epidemic, mitochondrial dysfunction, after having suffered from poor health and chronic fatigue at a young age due to technology overuse and an entirely indoor lifestyle. He is now 20 years old and travels the world, studying and teaching about the relevance of light in human health.
