His practice maintains a 75/25 split between aesthetics and hormone/weight loss services, with an unwavering focus on quality over quantity. Unlike many in the industry, he's built his business without external funding or loans, forcing a strategic approach to growth and vendor partnerships. He’s got to be smart with his money- constantly watching his COGS, his profitability, and his cost to bring in and retain patients.
