A key player in a billion dollar cocaine trafficking ring headed up by an ex-Canadian snowboarder has links to the Kinahan Cartel and did business with them in Dubai, a US prosecutor has said.

Officers believe former Olympic star Ryan Wedding is on the run and in hiding in Sinaloa, Mexico. He has also been placed on the FBI’s most wanted list.
