A visionary and contemporary New York City artist, Michelle Currier enjoys making ceramic artwork that not only enhances the beauty in our homes, but is also functional in our everyday lives. Whether rough stoneware or fine porcelain, she strives to harmonize the relationship between form, function, and the nature of the clay. Each piece she creates is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Passionate about teaching, Michelle holds a BS in Art Education from Central Connecticut University and an MS in Education from the University of New England. She is also an instructor at Greenwich House Pottery in the West Village in New York City.
