It’s one thing as a player to individually push yourself, work on what you need to make yourself better and understand what works for you. Now, Gil’s applying that to players as pupils, giving them the groundwork to become who they want to be as players.

For Gil, it all comes down to competition. Your time in the gym has to be for one thing and one thing, to be the ultimate competitor. To push yourself beyond limits and be comfortable in the toughest conditions. And limits? There is no such thing. Time, reps, made shots...it’s as much as you want and as far as you want to go.
