When she is not training and racing around the world, Seychelle coaches other paddlers with technique, training programs, confidence, mindset, and lifestyle choices to help them reach their goals. Seychelle is also a nutrition coach, a yoga & mobility coach, and a personal trainer. Her mission is to continue to live her best life and help others to do the same.
