Dowdall, who gave evidence at the Regency trial against Gerry ‘The Monk’ Hutch, has been in prison before, during, and after giving his doomed evidence - which was not accepted by the Special Criminal Court.
But he is getting ready for his release and relocation abroad along with his family.
