In the Nineteenth episode of The JCast Journey, host Darone Ruskay shares some words and phrases that he has learned from his nieces. One, that we don’t use nearly enough is “Don’t Yuck My Yum.” But Darone focuses more on the other, that of “Frienemy” which is a person who is both your friend and your enemy.

While Darone talks about some of the “frienemies” that he has had over his life, but talks more so about his current “frienemy” Facebook.  Listen to Darone’s tirade on Facebook, and why he both loves and needs to social network, but also how it drives him crazy, and would make him pull his hair out (that is if he still had some.)
