The first squalls of Hurricane Idalia began hitting Florida in the afternoon on Aug. 29—with people in Key West and along the southwest coast its initial recipients. The intensifying storm continues on its path toward Florida's Big Bend Gulf Coast and is expected to reach Category 3 before it makes landfall on Aug. 30, according to a National Hurricane Center advisory.   The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has more than 5,000 documents that potentially reveal President Joe Biden using pseudonym email accounts during his vice presidency, according to a press release from the Southeastern Legal Foundation.   Three of former President Donald Trump's associates in the Fulton County, Georgia, election case have pleaded not guilty. Federal Judge Tanya Chutkan has set the trial date for the case dealing with former President Donald Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 election results for March 4, 2024. In a separate case, President Trump and others indicted in Fulton County, Georgia, on Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations charges will appear for arraignment before the Fulton County Superior Court on Sept. 6.   Police have identified the man who shot and killed three people at a Dollar General store in Jacksonville, Florida, on Aug. 26 before taking his own life.
