Grief and loss is a universal experience but strangely it's one that we often feel alone in or uncomfortable and unprepared to effectively help other in their time of need. When Alise Chaffins suffered terrible string of losses she was left reeling and found that help and healing was possible by embracing grief, leaning into loss, and not going it alone.
