Unicorns, the spirit animal of most equestrians! Today's episode is all about Unicorns, the magic, the mystery, the symbolism, what makes them so special. Unicorns are legendary creatures that have been described since ancient times. A horse-like animal, with a single large, spiraling horn projecting from its forehead. Unicorns have grabbed the imagination of people far and wide. Many different cultures envision the unicorn in many ways. The Greeks and Persians gave the unicorns the symbolism and meaning of mysticism and magic, whereas Britain's coat of arms features the Unicorn symbol of harmonious sovereignty. The podcast continues with stories of Unicorn dreams, spirit animals, and even tattoos. Make sure you share with your friends so they won't miss out.

In today's episode Heather and Ute are talking about how far you can travel on horseback in a day. Naturally there are some huge differences between an endurance rider with his Arabian horse and the average week-end rider with his Irish Cob, therefore it is extremely difficult to generalise. But we are giving you some examples what can be done and talk about limitations and considerations. There are of course a lot of factors influencing the speed and distance you can travel on a day or multi-day ride and we will discuss many of them such as weather, terrain, access to water and feed and so on. But we also give you some tipps on how to get your horse fit for the challenge and what you can do that your next longer ride will become a success. So if you are planning a day or a multiple day ride in the future, here are some great tipps!

Today's episode is all about Ireland and the Horse adventures you can have while visiting. We would also like to celebrate St Patrick's Day with all our Irish friends and family. Heather speaks with Susan Oakes, one of our irish Adventuress about Horse adventure in Ireland. Your first Horse adventure in Ireland could be a Fox Hunt where you can experience a live or a drag hunt? Imagine galloping on a beautiful Connemara horse over fences, ditches and walls. Wouldn't that be great. A horse adventure in Ireland would not be complete without an amazing beach gallop. Did you know Ireland has some of the beaches for galloping and why not do it on one of their magnificent Irish Cobs. And know Horse Adventure in Ireland would be complete without a trip to the pub, for a pint of Guinness or a hot Whiskey.
