  • Ep. #17 - Feedback

Why is the practice of feedback so vital to a high-performing leader and their team? Without feedback, it is difficult to grow and develop as a leader, and it is difficult to grow and develop your team members.

In this episode of the Advantaged Business Solutions podcast, I want to discuss the importance of feedback, and why it is important, and I want to give you some questions so you can start taking immediate action.

  • Ep. #16 - Taking a new approach to entrepreneurial support

In this episode, I want to quickly share the new direction my business is taking in terms of the primary service we provide as well as who the primary audience is.

I do want you to know that there will still be content to help you grow your skills as a leader, however, it will not be the primary focus.

So what is the primary focus in the new direction that I have been teasing about?

The new direction is centered around entrepreneurs and their endeavor of owning, running, and ultimately scaling their business.

More specifically, I will help these entrepreneurs pull out the fullness of their dream and all of its facets, turn that dream into a vision for the future that allows them to set goals, build a winning strategy, and be able to make decisions.

I said I want to hear from you, so you can either email me or send me a DM either on Messenger or Instagram.

  • Ep. #15 - How do you earn trust?

In this episode of the Leader Development Solutions podcast, I want to answer those questions and give you something to think about as it relates to trust and if it can be earned.

  • Ep. #14 - How to Turn Your Values into Action

Hey, welcome to the Leader Development Solutions podcast. In this episode, I want to talk to you about the values that you lay out for your team or your organization.

Values look so great boldly displayed on the office walls, they inspire us to be better at what we do. Or do they?

That leads us to a couple of very important questions. First, what is behind the value, the definition? Second, what does that value look like when you put it into action?

I want to dig into these questions and demonstrate to you what is taking place after you produce that wonderful mission, vision, and values.

I really appreciate you taking the time to listen, and I am always looking forward to connecting with you. I sincerely want to hear from you. • Ep. #13 - Passing on Leadership Lessons Learned

When was the last time you sat and reflected on your biggest lesson learned as a leader? If you have done this, do you only reflect on the small improvements that you have made over time? Or have you dived deep to find the one applicable lesson that you can pass on to the next generation of leaders? These are questions that you should be asking yourself if you are serious about leaving a legacy of great leaders to carry on after you.

In this episode of the Leader Development Solutions podcast, I want to share with you one of the bigger lessons I have learned in over twenty years of leading and influencing teams of various sizes and demographics, and in some very austere and high-stress environments.

  • Ep. #11 - Eliminating Distractions and Gaining Focus

Do you have the time for everything you want to do each day? What about the things that you need to do? Family, work, friends, social media, twenty-four-hour news channels, messaging, it is a wonder we are able to focus on anything. Our attention is in a constant state of interruption and noise that is hard to overcome. If you are anything like me, you receive hundreds of notifications on your phone every day, not to mention the notifications that pop up on your computer. Where does it end? How do we regain our ability to focus?

In this episode of Leader Development Solutions, I want to talk with you about focus and how that plays a part in achieving your vision, as well as taking the time to focus on your growth.

  • Ep. #10 - Flourishing Leaders in Times of Crisis

Have you sat down to observe and evaluate the different responses from leaders to the many crises that have been pushed upon us over the last 8 months? I say many crises, and that is because there have been many as a result of COVID-19. Things like the breakdown in supply chains, businesses being forced to close, the resulting permanent closures, which led to the rise in unemployment, leading to the need for government assistance, and a host of other economic implications. You get the idea.

In this episode of the Leader Development Solutions podcast, I want to discuss with you what can be learned when looking at different leader responses to an unexpected crisis.

What I really want you to be able to take away from this is to know that you can be a leader that thrives no matter what is thrown your way.
