“Don’t just do what you have to do to get by, but work heartily, as Christ’s servants doing what God wants you to do. And work with a smile on your face, always keeping in mind that no matter who happens to be giving the orders, you’re really serving God.” (Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭6‬-‭7‬ ‭MSG‬‬)

Once more Pilate came out and said to the Jews gathered there, “Look, I am bringing him out to you to let you know that I find no basis for a charge against him.” When Jesus came out wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe, Pilate said to them, “Here is the man!” (John‬ ‭19‬:‭4‬-‭5‬ ‭NIV‬‬)

Pilate went back out again and said to them, “I present him to you, but I want you to know that I do not find him guilty of any crime.” Just then Jesus came out wearing the thorn crown and purple robe. Pilate announced, “Here he is: the Man.” (John‬ ‭19‬:‭4‬-‭5‬ ‭MSG‬‬)

「當下彼拉多將耶穌鞭打了。兵丁用荊棘編做冠冕戴在他頭上，給他穿上紫袍，又挨近他，說：『恭喜，猶太人的王啊！』他們就用手掌打他。」（約翰福音‬ ‭19‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭CUNP-神‬‬）

“Then Pilate took Jesus and had him flogged. The soldiers twisted together a crown of thorns and put it on his head. They clothed him in a purple robe and went up to him again and again, saying, “Hail, king of the Jews!” And they slapped him in the face.” (John‬ ‭19‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭NIV‬‬)

“So Pilate took Jesus and had him whipped. The soldiers, having braided a crown from thorns, set it on his head, threw a purple robe over him, and approached him with, “Hail, King of the Jews!” Then they greeted him with slaps in the face.” (John‬ ‭19‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭MSG‬‬)
