Lukewarm Christianity is one of the most popular doctrines being taught in church today. Allowing a pastor to teach you about God and never verifying it for yourself is the key to lukewarm beliefs and also the reason many will be turned away when Christ tells them " I never knew you"

So as we make our way into Mark chapter One, the first disciples are called, Jesus enters the Synagogue and a demon driven out. What stands out again is that the fulfilment of the scriptures was the very lifeblood of those waiting on the Messiah foretold and for us as well. Trying to take my time through the word we get some good, rich info on the coming of God, His authority and what He represents in our lives today.

We live in a time where sin is so rampant and promoted that is has become engrained even in our politics or worse in our churches. The very nature of sin if not confronted the tragedy in Charlottesville will me mimicked in every vile fashion. Let's concentrate on the sin of racism and see it's very roots that is in each one of us.
