It has been said that one of our most common "sins" is thinking we can get away with doing wrong, regardless if these wrongs are big or small. Get away from who or what? And can we really get away with anything?

Just before flying to Malaysia I got sick and had to postpone the trip. While still being sick in Sweden I recorded this about what needs are about, and how I seriously need working harmony. Working without worrying and stress - but how?

It appears to be one of the deepest wounds we carry, probably it makes us go out and seek everything from approval and attention to safety and recognition ... the experience of not being loved. Is it true, are we actually unloved?

Why am I not going for the Highest, why am I not willing to fight for Love - why am I compromising about Truth?

"Intention is important, but it is a thought. A wish is you."

I have heard that I can be a wish-maker, that it is one of my gifts. But I am so distracted to it, generally by my mind.

And what is a pure wish?

Because I guess only when the wish is pure it will work for real, and only then that wish is me...

You get to follow what happens inside me during a meditation retreat in Malaysia. Sadness and insights, while trying to go after the source of suffering - my sense of self?

How common is it to believe that the best sexual experience is the highest there is to life? To value sex as the highest? I am studying into this and sharing my insights and learnings

Can privileges of the world actually be a curse? People telling someone that you are lucky and should be grateful ... for something that they decide is a privilege. Maybe that is not your truth.

Probably almost all of us have a voice inside the head that are telling us this and that. Almost as if we are carrying around some kind of authority, who at least in my case from time to time poisons my life and happiness.

It seems like an outside authority telling me to do this and that, to behave like this and not like that, because the ides came from the outside. I was not born with this judging voice...

But, what if the I, or the self, that I think I am, is the same as this imagined authority? What if my own mind is the imagined authority?

For many years my Master has spoken about the necessity to enter life fully, to go all in and give all of oneself to life.

For the longest time this has been more or less painful to hear, since I kind of know I am not doing it. I am not living for real. There is more and I am dodging it, or trying to cheat it, or simply denying it.

But ... is there a break through on the way?
