Transformation and trauma are not the same thing, and believing that is what’s keeping us locked out of the change we’re longing for.

Drawing on years of embodied healing work, grace makes the case that change is the constant of life, and that meeting it well — instead of bracing against it, as if it were an attack — is actually what separates initiation from trauma.
