We all lie from time to time. At least we tell white lies, but those aren't always bad. Lying is not a good thing, but sometimes it can be good for everyone. This blog will take a look at how lying is both good and bad. Is it something in us that makes us lie?
Our lies may be white lies, or we may tell a little fib, but we all have the ability to tell the truth.
Lying is a slippery slope. You do it once, it seems easy and natural. You convince yourself that it's ok because you "didn't really hurt anyone." Or you over-think it. Keep telling yourself you didn't do anything bad, or it was no big deal, or it wasn't that bad, and then one day, you're lying to your boss about taking a vacation day for his niece's wedding, you're lying about the dog's sickness, and you're lying about a million other things that aren't helping you in life, your family, or your relationships.
