People try to understand what just happened or what IS happening, while the narcissist tears up their life. Usually there are no witnesses except you, but some are lucky to have one or two witnesses. Well, in the end everyone just wants to go back to a normal life, but they can’t seem to figure out why they can’t just go back. The injury from a narcissist is deep and redefines you. Hi YouTube Family! Today I want to talk about rules that toxic people and narcissists set on our relationships with them. If you want to skip right to them they start at 0:19 approximately. These are the rules I’ve witnessed used in toxic relationships and you will probably recognize a lot of them in your relationship with your narcissistic ex. If you see them in your current relationships, you will need to set some better boundaries. The rules these people expect you to play by are nonsense and will benefit only the self centered partner. The more we understand the rules they use the easier it will be to recognize when they’re using them on us and the sooner we can stop the nonsense.
