This is a true crime podcast. Your host, Ellis Maxwell, was the lead detective on the Susan Cox Powell investigation, West Valley City, Utah in 2009. It’s an in-depth dive into the investigation, visiting each day of this three-year investigation. The goal is to not only entertain but to bring awareness to intimate partner violence and abuse. 

This isn’t just a podcast. Escape Safe is a project through my P.I. agency to help others escape toxic relationships safely. Furthermore with the UnFound project, we’ll eventually begin searching for the missing Susan Cox Powell as well as others.
