If you don't follow these rules, the law of attraction will not work for you.So why do I say discipline?Discipline comes back to confidence.Think about it, if you have committed to something and you keep going at it every day, then you feel confident in your ability to commit and you just feel good about yourself in general, right?Well, the law of attraction doesn't give you what you think consciously, it gives you what you are unconsciously. This means that, by committing to a certain discipline, and becoming better at it, you build up your confidence, which means that you'll be in a position where you KNOW that the results will come, and once you know, not hope, but know that the results will come, is when the results actually show up because the law of attraction is now in line with your new personality.Think about this, if a person wants to become a gold medal winner in the Olympics, but he/she does not train at all but merely sit and visualize the gold medal, then subconsciously that person will not have the confidence needed to manifest a win, even though they might have a strong belief in the law of attraction, subconsciously they'll know that they do not have the fitness etc. needed to win that medal. Therefor, as much as he/she might visualize it, the universe will respond to the level of vibration that you're in, in this case unconsciously knowing that he/she is not the best.However, if that same person starts training every day for 2 hours, and commits to improving daily, then as time goes on that person will become more confident in themselves and their ability to make that dream a reality, and the more confident you become, the closer you start to get to your goal, with more and more synchronicities and opportunities showing up, which will provide you with obstacles with lessons you need to learn in order to become more confident, and ultimately moving closer to the frequency of your dream.Always remember that the universe will provide you with opportunities for which you are ready, not what you visualize. People will say that you need to visualize, and then wait for the opportunities to show up and then take action, however, if we don't prepare, we won't know that something might be an opportunity because we're not ready, and secondly, if we do recognize it, we won't be in a position to actually take action. This position is mostly the confidence needed to actually move into action.It means that if you have discipline in a certain part of your life, non related to the current thing you'd like to manifest, then you start believing in yourself, allowing you the energy and confidence in yourself needed to perform well at your goal. So, this means that you need to find smaller, non-related things to do and accomplish those, this will help you recognize the energy in yourself, and you would most likely be more confident and charged to try something harder. What does it truly mean?So many people get confused with this concept because they understand that in order to manifest you need to be laser focused and visualize, but at the same time let go of the outcomes, so it creates this push & pull where they remain stuck as to why they can't seem to manifest.Letting go means that you need to let go of the avatar, the mask that you're wearing every day, trying to be something that you're not suppose to be doing.All of us were bord unique and different, yet, as we grow up we try to fit into a specific box, acting a certain way, doing a certain job, being in a certain relationship etc., which creates so much depression, because we are suppressing who we were born to be. So, letting go does not mean letting go of the goal or the dream, it means letting go of the things you're trying to be, and things you're trying to accumulate in order to seem important and successful.The universe will continue to present you with obstacles to nudge you in a different direction, and that direction is to get back to who you were born as. Now, the more you let go of the person you're trying to be to get the validation, the more energy you'll bring back to yourself, which means now you're able to see opportunities that does align with who you truly are.Letting go further, is less about letting go of materialistic stuff, but more letting go of relationships, you inner circle that you're trying to impress and get acceptance from, because once you start letting go of being that lawyer, or becoming a famous artist, you'll get judged by your current circles, which is why it is imperative that you let go of your current inner circle, whether that is a parent, a sibling, a friend or a teacher. The law of attraction is a standard law that applies the same formulation to all of us, but how we present ourselves will determine the results that we're getting from the law of attraction. This is why we struggle to manifest our desires, because we want one thing, but we present a version of ourselves to the universe that does not align with the things we want. Much like the law of gravity, which is the same law that applies the same to every object, but how an object presents itself, in the form of mass, it will either feel heavier or lighter depending on the density.You were born without clothes or money or any other material possession, which means that you were born whole and complete, and you were born enough, but along the way other people and experiences made you believe that you are less than enough and you started losing some of your self worth. Now, instead of being 100% worthy, you present yourself to the universe as a lesser percentage of worthy, and the law of attraction then reflects back to you the result equal to what you believe you have.The problem is that people think that they've either lost their self worth, or that they were never born with it, not realizing that they were born whole and complete, and a 100% worthy, and it's just misplaced within themselves. Your worth and abilities cannot be taken from you, but it can be lost within you, and you need to rediscover it yourself.Stop looking for external and material things to refill your cup, because your cup isn't empty, you're just not accessing all of your worth and potential.Remind yourself that you are enough, and that you were born enough, letting go of the standards that were set my others, which may not include your uniqueness and an individual, because you are different and unique, and there is no one else like you.Once you start rediscovering your lost worth within, the more confident you'll become and start presenting yourself in a different way to the world, which in turn will cause the universe or law of attraction to bring you an equal amount of energy in whichever form, depending on your needs. Basically the law of attraction is used by people who want something, but what they might not realize is that if you want something, it's just a reflection of an emptiness inside of you that you're trying to fill. Don't get me wrong, it's natural to want something, as humans we all want something, but think about this, you were born with nothing, and you were born enough, so do you need external things to validate your existence?In order to manifest, you need to get onto the right frequency. What does this mean.The frequency is just another phrase for enough, you want enough money, love, etc., so the thing you want, represents enough right? Which means that if you want to get onto that frequency, then you have to become enough, and nothing external can make you enough because you were born enough. The problem is that, from birth, the world makes you believe that you are less than enough and that is why people set off on the quest to find their missing pieces, and they think that it is lost somewhere out there in the form of external things and validation, but the game is to remember that you were already born with enough, it is inside of you and it was never lost.The more you remember that you were born enough, and rediscover your own worth inside of you, the more you'll attract, because now you are on the vibration of enough, which matches enough money, love, and everything else.So, how do you rediscover everything inside of you?By taking away your focus on the outside world, forget about family, friends, media, and every single person out there, and start focusing on yourself. You need to rediscover yourself, fall in love with yourself, love every single thing about yourself, love your shape, your personality, your level of education, and everything all the way to the smallest details. Recognize the good you've done in the world and become grateful for being alive. What does this mean?This means that the law of attraction should be viewed as, 'what you bring to the table'.I've encountered so many people who have this sense of entitlement and believe that the world owe them something. These people are generally the ones who struggle with manifesting something because they just want to sit back and let stuff or experiences come to them.The law of attraction requires you to exchange an equal amount of energy for the thing you want, whether that is a relationship or money or anything else.Think of this example, if you have tap water in your home, whilst water is technically free, to have it filtered and delivered to your home in a tap on demand, that required a lot of energy in the form of labor, structures, etc. which is what you're paying for, so if you currently don't have water in a running tap, and would like to manifest it, you'd need to exchange your own energy, maybe in the form of a job, which pays you money, which will afford you such a luxury. I watched an episode of Dr Phil on 'stalking'. Some woman was being stalked by a guy, and despite many efforts, the stalking persisted. Now that got me thinking of, why this woman is being stalked. This means that she is 'attracting' this stalker, so why can she 'attract' so easily, but when it comes to things we do want, then we struggle to 'attract'. So I was thinking, let me rather focus on 'un-attracting' the opposite of what we want, because everything in life has an opposite. If you want to move right, you must essentially get rid of left, so in this video I will explain this approach in more detail.If you want money, then that means that you are currently attracting the lack of money, and you need to get rid of that. Os how do you do it?This means that you have the profile of what poverty is attracted to, meaning that you assume certain characteristics that is associated with poverty or financial difficulty. This means that you need to get rid of those characteristics in order to get off of that frequency that is currently attracting lack. Now how does one do this?I always say, the way to get onto a different vibration, is to get rid of the anxiety that something is causing you, and the way to do this, is to become confident in that one thing, and the way to do this, unfortunately, is to face the problem head on and to learn from all the obstacles & failures, not giving up, but continuing to push through.Once you show up as a strong confident person in whichever way, that thing that you don't want, will leave your life, and you'll have 'space' for the opposite, whether that is a relationship, money, freedome, etc. Think about it, if you're working hard and you don't have any freedome, that is something that you want leaving your life, which means you need to aquire a new skill, or quit your job and live with the uncertainty, or reduce your living costs, or whatever is needed, but it's going to feel uncomfortable and difficult, but once you've faced it a few times, you'll become more & more confident and then eventually the unwanted thing in your life will just dissapear.I hope this helps, if you need more information, let me know or leave me a commen.
