Let's talk about kettlebells. We met up with Hector Gutierrez Jr. to discuss the benefits of kettlebell workouts. Hector is the owner/operator of HARDSTYLE KETTLEBELL in Corpus Christi, TX. His wealth of knowledge after years in the fitness industry make him a source to tap into on healthy living.
Paul Romans shares how not only did IF help him in his stroke recovery but that it carries immense health benefits. He doesn't get that tired afternoon feeling you sometimes get over 40. He is mentally more engaged, experiencing far less fatigue. Overall, intermittent fasting can lead us to a healthy mental and physical state. We aren't saying that IF is for everyone, and we are not fat-shaming for Paul was that fat boy "back in the day". Heck he still claims that he is a fat boy now, trapped in wash board abs, wearing jeans that were too small in high school. He says he would go as far to say it may have been IF that saved his life, along with Jesus, and after all isn't the way to live "Less of me, and more of Him"?
