In the space of just two weeks, the lives of Ukrainians have been completely transformed, upended, changed forever.

Some remain there to resist the invaders, but more than two million have left in just two weeks. 

Our correspondent, Paraic O’Brien, has been travelling along the border of Ukraine since the war began, speaking to people as they make a journey they thought they would never have to make.
