Hi, it’s your girl Isabella James – aka spiritual bimbo – and in this special episode I’ll be talking all about the good, the bad, and the ugly regarding my time at Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within (UPW) event that I recently went to in Fiji.

Now, I’m a HUGE fan of self-development. But from start to finish, things came up during the course of this week that just didn't sit right with me.

For many people, Tony Robbins is an amazing resource and I’m sincerely glad that he’s been able to help so many of his followers. But at this point in my spiritual journey, I’m done with self-harm, fear-based language, and ignoring my feelings. These are tactics that I’ve honestly outgrown.

Sometimes being single can give us the perspective we need to see the flaws in our relationships. So… your favorite Spiritual Bimbo took some time off this year to just live the single life. And let me tell you, it’s given me a LOT of insight.
