On this episode: I'm feeling emotional today! I've been dealing with people in my life blaming me for their problems and the negativity of their attitudes. It's difficult to handle at times and sometimes brings me down, no matter how hard I try to resist.

In response, I've been making a conscious effort to improve my patience and communication with loved ones.

I've been focusing on self-care, doing new things to improve my outlook on life. It's important to take care of myself so that I can take care of others (even when they don't deserve it--shh, don't tell my family I said that, LOL. Hey, it's not easy, but it's worth it. This too shall pass.
