This episode is all about raising your frequency and getting into the Flow of Infinite Intelligence. And reclaiming your Goddess Essence. Sometimes we need a refresher course. This past year or so has been very challenging for me to say the least. And I found myself in a situation where I wasn’t really practicing any of these of these tools- I’m about to share with you. I was teaching yoga, but I wasn’t do my own regular practice consistently. I wasn’t eating healthy clean foods like I normally do. I was over-indulging in food, really. And consuming a lot of sugar. I was eating meat, which I’ve been a vegetarian for nearly 7 years. I was drinking wine several days a week. Now all of these in moderation are okay, I suppose- but I don’t usually do things in moderation. So for me, I got completely off balance. This was leading me, or spiraling, I should say- into a deep abyss of depression. But then, for my birthday- my boyfriend at the time, said you know you’ve had a really rough year, let me do this for you, and he took me on a trip to Thailand. And since I was only a 3 hour flight away from my Beloved Bali, after our time in Thailand, my guy went back to the states because he was starting a new job, and I decided to make a little visit to Bali before heading back home. In my 21 days visiting Bali, I began to feel like myself again. To be honest, it really started happening around the 10 day mark. I was eating healthier, not drinking alcohol, doing my yoga practice, meditating every day, spending time with the ocean, going to waterfalls and temples for purification and cleansing… doing all of things of the things that make me feel like me again. So that’s when I was inspired with this list of 21 ways to raise your vibration. It was a coming home for me as I wrote them and here’s the key- integrated them as well. Long story short, I went all the way back to Florida where I was living in the states, and quickly realized I was in the wrong environment for me. So I got on a plane and came back to Bali, where I am once again practicing and integrating all of these techniques and living my life in a way that feels more like me again. Now I am in no way saying, one must leave their home and travel across the planet to feel like themselves again. That’s what I needed to do for me. At least for now. But the goal, is to have them so ingrained so deeply that I can be in any environment and not be affected. That’s the goal anyway.
So that’s a little backstory of how this podcast episode started. Now, my hope is that maybe someone, you, listening can benefit from some of these and implement them in your life as well. I know a lot of people personally who are struggling with depression or battling their own obstacles in their own ways. I believe we are often our own worst enemy and we are often the only one getting in our own fucking way. So step aside miss, and let your Goddess Queen Self step up and re-claim her crown.
Let me just say… We are naturally radiating at a high vibration as humans. However, over years of conditioning, our belief systems about ourselves, and the environment around us, many times we slowly go into this state of auto-pilot. Living in our self-made prisons and boxes. These techniques I’m about to share with you are about raising your frequency, or rather, allowing your natural state of a high frequency, guide you and your decisions. Rather than coming from a low vibe filled with fear and doubt. Which can lead to anxiety, depression and overall an unfulfilled life. When our frequency is high, we are flowing more with the Universal Intelligence. This allows us to not only feel how we actually want to feel but we also are able manifest our wants and desires much easier and many times instantly without any force just by flowing.
This is a guided meditation to help you relax and feel a sense of calm.
An integral part of this healing journey for me includes meditation and speaking words of truth and affirmation. This episode was written and recorded in Les Waterfall (Bali) while fasting for 10 days in an open hut. That life-transforming time connected me to Goddess on a deep level. Les is truly a magical place, other-wordly in a way. This meditation is designed to be listened to first in the morning before even getting out of bed and while still in that half-sleeping state. It's okay if you fall back to sleep while listening- your subconscious will still hear and you will still reap the benefits. I hope for those of you listening you will feel the powerful, healing energy of this place.
