Driving to go work in the middle of the night

For years I’ve been focusing on being an artist in breaking. When you focus on one thing one aspect it may take away from another aspect and in my case was peak performance and longevity is he in order to continue being an artist as the breaker I need to be able to still reach peak performance so that I have longevity. Today I’m sharing my story on how I plan to do that my goals and aspirations as I go to distance 2024 Olympic Games.

This year has taken it’s toll COVID-19 hit and stop the world where it stood and no longer spun it no longer moved the way did it change the whole world changed and you had two options you climb that infinite wall not knowing when it was going to be the top or are you waiting for that wall to come down. Let me share which option I decided to take.

Mental physical and emotional health is Hella important. But everybody’s different and everybody operates different and so it’s important to find what is best for you your schedule your body in your life.

2020 has been an interesting year unfortunately so many people lost their lives unfortunately the world is still in a bit of chaos due to COVID-19. It’s truly sad but at the same time amazing to see how many people have adopted and grown during these times. It’s important to never give up and we as a community especially in the hip-hop community are ending the year with amazing news break dancing in the Olympics Paris 2024. This is just a small message to my community. We are just as valuable as the Olympics.

Today I decided to discuss some of the things that have worked for me and some of the problems that I have arise as being a content creator I think it’s important for you guys to listen to date only if you plan to be a content creator and want to engage with your audience more this new series the plug is a connection between my Instagram and this podcast honest to Graham I go live with one person a day who is in a specific niche or World of expertise and we discuss what works for them what does it and some of the benefits.This podcast started because I want to offer my audience information that I don’t have experience in so because of my Connections I’m able to plug you with some of the best knowledge you can get

Because of the coronavirus people are changing everything they do is reviews it’s all they know now losing actual socializing is going to be a problem and may never allow us to go back to normal for example why would anybody ever show up to a dance class if they can just do it online the movie ready player one may be the next wave

The excitement of the Olympics is incredible. But nobody is being truly realistic. The time the effort the money and the sacrifice it takes is a brand new experience for 100% of you. The Olympics is great your kid practicing training with the goals of participating one day in the Olympics is incredible but there is a long hard journey ahead of you and to make that journey smooth you’re going to need to know the truth.
