Understanding your attachment style, communicating openly and honestly, and recognizing that there is nothing “wrong” with you is essential. God created each of us with intention and purpose.

It’s time to shift the language we use about ourselves. Instead of labeling ourselves negatively, we can speak with confidence and clarity saying “I value healthy communication” rather than defining ourselves by an attachment label.

The way you value connection is not a flaw. It’s a strength.

Know your boundaries. Know your standards. Know your worth. Then add tax.

After recording, I asked Mark if he thought this podcast could help one million people. His answer was simple and powerful:
