With the so-called Premier League big six taking up 6 of the top 7 Premier League spots at the half way mark of the season. 

I thought it was a good time to shine a light on some of the best performing players who don’t ply their trade for one of the Premier Leagues elite.

For clarification; The big 6 is Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester Utd and Tottenham. 

Today I’m going be picking my Premier League: The best XI: outside the big six

I decided to make my picks around which players are in-form, playing well, therefore rewarding them for their performance this season. 

I will be using a 4-3-3 formation, to celebrate some of the leagues often under-appreciated names.

I will try my best to be completely unbiased.
