    Die „New Nordic Cuisine“: Essen wie die Wikinger
    Die „Neue Nordische Küche“ setzt auf regionale und saisonale Küche jenseits des Tomaten- bzw. Olivenöl-Äquators. Das heißt es kommen vor allem Beeren, Wurzelgemüse, Hülsenfrüchte, Kohl, Kartoffeln, Pilze, Fisch und Algen auf den Tisch. Ihren Ursprung hat diese Form der nordischen Küche in Kopenhagen. Als Begründer gilt der dänische Spitzenkoch René Redzepi.

    Die Welt ist voller Buchstaben - und diese transportieren nicht immer nur Inhalte, sondern inspirieren Kreative aller Disziplinen - ob aus Mode, Design oder Kunst.
