"For God, who said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Now we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this surpassingly great power is from God and not from us.

I was thinking about going to the chapel to pray, and thought: "Why wait to get to the chapel to pray?" I can pray right here. So I began to pray. And with a deep recognition that God dwells in me, I began to sing this chorus.

We tend to honor them far more than we honor Mary, yet her Son is the greatest of all sons. If we forget who Jesus is and what he's done for us, then we make the biggest mistake of all.

It's been going on since the beginning, but we don't quite notice it until we've begun to prepare ourselves. What do we notice? The Father has already been staying awake for us and waits for us to arrive to his home.
