This meditation will strengthen the knowledge that 'you' can't really do it wrong and increase the trust in your God Self to figure it out for you.

It results from knowing your Self as spacious awareness.

Instead of the trained mechanism of believing in lack and separation, it will allow you to increasingly surrender to your greater whole and the existing goodness and abundance of the universe by coming back again and again to the wisdom of who you are.

Do you want to expand your sense of Self ? How can you calibrate more deliberately to a more truthful assumption of yourself that stems from the vastness of your Being? The Yogi/nis called this 'action' of being vigilant with moving back into conscious awareness "viveka", discriminating clarity.

Affirmations, energy clearings, therapy- when it comes to healing or transformational work, what we are usually working with are the contents of the mind and the dualistic paradigm. And while there is always a relative betterment and change, something more fundamental is often overlooked: that you essentially are not any of your patterns.

When presence becomes the baseline of any transformational work, the root cause for patterns can be intimately recognized and experienced: the mind. In your capacity to stop all mental activity for one instant, you can break the spell of mind and realize that it is constructed (and that takes up energy!).
