The past week had us all in Nigeria wonder why abuse keeps multiplying everyday, a background story of a medical doctor with children, abused by her husband, banter with my Friend and a Graceful advise on how we can do better as an individual, society and country at large.
1 minute, 41 seconds of power packed Affirmations for you to start this week Right.. "whatever is good, pure, Just, Godly, of good report, Meditate on them "..
It is the end of the year, currently the last month of the year and it's quite usual to start experiencing pressure from Family, friends, self over unachieved goals for the year. HEY CHAMP!!! Relax, You didn't do badly this Year; Keep blooming where you are at the moment.
As humans, we deal with accepting our past, our mistakes and our present reality. so it is Relatable to always judge ourselves from our past. But today we affirm that we focus more on our strengths and adjust to do better with our weaknesses!!! Toodles..
2020 definitely taught us that "we may not have all we wanted to achieve, but we have to be grateful for all we have in the Now". So it is safe to affirm gratitude in its purest form for the little things we live for.
Our Journey to growth and our growth processes most times are not the nicest things we want to experience, It takes boldness and confidence to choose to honour such process and see the light at the end of the tunnel, We affirm to staying consistent on this Journey and enjoying the process no matter how bitter..
