Choosing yourself and paying a little more attention to your mind isn't a sign of selfishness. Self care and love starts with You and you can be intentional about it by infusing affirmations to it. Today, we affirm that we choose ourselves again, that we are Confident and courageous and we exhale every Negativity around us.
