What kind of environment are you providing for your athletes? What kind of environment are you providing for yourself to be able to grow?

Coach John wooden has a famous definition of success. Success is peace of mind knowing you did all you could to become the best version of yourself. Challenge you to remind your players of this, and use that as your barometer for success in the future

Rather than relying on yourself to remember to do some thing, or practice something, or change something, alter your environment that you will have to do that thing, and see how simple it can really be to accomplish what you want to accomplish

1- what am I currently doing that I should do more of?

2- what am I currently doing that I need to stop doing?

3- What am I not doing that I need to start doing?

You need to have courage to hear the answers to these, but I guarantee you they’ll help you learn more about yourself, and grow as a person
