Today I’m joined by Dawn Owen, a zero BS Coach, and the Founder of High Vibe Live (link below).

I’ve wanted to introduce this topic for a while and couldn’t think of a better coach to have this discussion with.

Dawn and I chat, have a few mini rants, and talk about the coaching journey.

Dawn coaches around mindset and energy, and uses her business experience to help her clients.

We talk about why every coach needs a coach and every mentor needs a mentor, and why you need different coaches for different aspects of your life and business.

Coaching is about investing in yourself, and your business. Dawn talks about investing in her own coaching journey and her own ‘vomit in the mouth’ moments when she’s made that investment.

Business can be isolating, especially if you work on your own, so having a coach is someone who you can discuss everything with.

Dawn is a huge advocate of making decisions and taking Action.

We also chat about being authentic in coaching, having walked the walk to be able to share that lived experience with your clients.

Finally, Dawn shares about the decision to invest in a coach.
