We are back baby! After a week long vacation (but no pause in the show)  we are back with another great episode. Korn have announced their new touring bass player, along with Megadeth...sort of. As well which Pop star is considering doing a death metal album? Listen to the news to find out! Our guest this week is India's, Shravan. He's a multi-instrumentalist and podcaster who has used the pandemic as an opportunity to release new music and launch his podcast called The Decaf Show. We have a great conversation spanning from his music and podcast, to his not one but two bouts with COVID, his influences and his favorite vegetarian dishes.

Season 2 Episode 27 - Brett Smith-Daniels

Brett Smith-Daniels is a UK born musician who now calls Vancouver Island home. He has been a stand-in for great guitarists like Robbie McIntosh (Paul McCartney/John Mayer) and Murray Gould (The Wanted/Take That/Elton John) and has artists like Tal Bachman saying "He's in an elite category of Musicians!" and Guns N' Roses Matt Sorum saying "He's the future of Rock n' Roll."

Brett normally spends the year playing upwards of 240 gigs, so things have obviously slowed a bit over the last year. However, Brett released a new single called "Teenagers from Mars?" earlier this year and he is working towards a new album called "Disenchanted Youth."

This young artist has over 20 years experience and is really just starting his path of world takeover. We had a great conversation about what started Brett's journey, his appearance on CBC's the Dragons Den, new music and cancel culture.
