Every Word

There would have been some desperation.

“That evil servant says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying his coming.’”

- Matthew 24:48 NKJV

He’ll take that roadblock away.

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

- Matthew 11:28 KJV

You have all you need.

“Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.”

- John 8:36 NKJV

“And then we die.”

“Do not fear; go and do as you have said, but make me a small cake from it first, and bring it to me.”

- 1 Kings 17:13 NKJV

Everything else is secondary.

“But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.”

- Deuteronomy 4:29 NKJV

It’s bad theology!

“For by grace you have been saved through faith.”

- Ephesians 2:8 NKJV

“Why would you say such a thing?”

“These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life.”

- 1 John 5:13 NKJV

There’s another way.

“Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.”

- Isaiah 55:7 KJV

God stepped in.

“And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.”

- 1 John 4:14 KJV

“If I don’t make it, this is goodbye.”

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

- Romans 5:8 NKJV
