Every Word

It’s easy to miss... "And above all things have fervent love for one another, for 'love will cover a multitude of sins.'” - 1 Peter 4:8

What counsel does the Bible have for us? "But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers." - 1 Peter 4:7

They’re His problems. "Behold, I will send a blast upon him, and he shall hear a rumour, and shall return to his own land; and I will cause him to fall by the sword in his own land." - 2 Kings 19:7

Don’t be surprised if God asks you... "And the king commanded Hilkiah the high priest, and the priests of the second order, and the keepers of the door, to bring forth out of the temple of the Lord all the vessels that were made for Baal, and for the grove, and for all the host of heaven: and he burned them without Jerusalem in the fields of Kidron, and carried the ashes of them unto Bethel." - 2 Kings 23:4

I get asked from time to time… "And the king went up into the house of the Lord, and all the men of Judah and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem with him, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the people, both small and great: and he read in their ears all the words of the book of the covenant which was found in the house of the Lord." - 2 Kings 23:2

The message is clear. "And the king went up into the house of the Lord, and all the men of Judah and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem with him, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the people, both small and great: and he read in their ears all the words of the book of the covenant which was found in the house of the Lord." - 2 Kings 23:2

We don’t have to fake it. "You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." - Matthew 5:14-16

She was lost. "And when they found him not, they turned back again to Jerusalem, seeking him." - Luke 2:45

It’s official, then. "You will show me the path of life;In Your presence is fullness of joy;At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore." - Psalm 16:11

You become vulnerable. "Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and enquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor." - 1 Samuel 28:7
