In this episode, my guest is Matt Boulton who is the founder of Circuit Breaker. Circuit Breaker is a short course that gives participants new tools to deal more effectively with anger and conflict. It particularly focuses in on the relationships that are closest to them to restore peace and calm in the home. Whilst we talk about the valuable work Matt does in communities through Circuit Breaker, we also discuss Matt’s short-lived stand-up comedy career, his love for his hometown Logan and his beloved Richmond Tigers.
More on Circuit Breaker

Circuit Breaker is more than a course it is a shame free space for people to talk about if anger is getting the best of them. Many of the stories of participants from Circuit Breaker is that it has changed the whole atmosphere in their home and restored peace, calm and intimacy where they thought it was not possible.
