Anyway this episode was with a very talented artist who paints very deep and impactful representative art. So in todays episode we dove more into her art and the thought process behind it and what give her the inspiration and how painting and expressing these things have actually helped her over the past years. This is a really good episode for understanding a different style of coping mechanisms and also a different perspective on anxiety and anxiety attacks and also just figuring out our own confusion of our mind and why being distracted from the world can actually be a good thing in a lot of ways!!
