In this weeks episode I share with you a truly wonderful conversation I had with Gemma Bray, founder of The Organised Mum.

Gemma created a realistic, simple housework routine that keeps busy homes clean and calm in just 30 minutes a day.

I have been a 'TOMMer' for many, many years now, and I credit Gemma with helping me realise just how much the state of my home was impacting my mental health as a young mother.

Now I understand how the energetics of my home were so hugely disrupted by the chaos we lived in - but Gemma and her method helped me clear the way. I continue to use The Organised Mum Method (TOMM) even now - it's ingrained in to my day as much as brushing my teeth!

Today Gemma shares her story, her concept and her top tips and tricks for those of us battling housework overwhelm.

This one's a goodie - you won't want to miss it!

During this mini episode we explore the South-West Area of your home.

This area relates to the love in your life! It's a beautiful energy to harness.

We take a look at the family members within your home who are supported by this space, as well as the parts of your body and illnesses that are impacted by this area.

As with all fo the advice across this mini series, if you have had a Home Energy Analysis yourself please refer back to your specific report with regards to the remedies for your home.

The advice given here leans on the basic, more generic level of Feng Shui, whereas your Home Energy Analysis relates exactly to energy within your home.

In this mini episode I take you on a deep dive of your North-East Area. We look at which of the 9 Life Areas it looks after as well as which members of your household, body parts and ailments/illnesses it can help support.

As with all of these Mini Series I give you some ideas on how you can play a little with this energy, however, if you have had a Home Analysis, please remedy as per your personalised report as this takes into account the specific energetics of your home.

What we are doing here is leaning on more of the general Feng Shui principles to play around with the energy.

Of course if you want to know exactly what your home needs to work with it's specific energetics, you can take a look at a Home Analysis here.

In today's episode I begin a series of short introductions to each area of your home, the area of your life that it supports and the family members and body parts it is believed to look after.

Today we take a look at the North Area of your home, which looks after your Career & Work life, as well as your middle son (if you have one) and other males within the home. It is believed to look after the energies protecting our kidneys, blood circulation, ears, hair and spine.

The tips shared in this podcast relate mainly to people who have not had a full home analysis.   If you have had an Analysis completed refer back to your report about which remedies your specific home energtics require in this space.

For those who have not had an analysis completed, we are simply playing with the energies here and seeing what happens. It's a best guess based on the more generic Feng Shui rules.

If you feel your home needs a real shake up with energy, or you personally feel you need your home to be more supportive of you then head over to my website and take a look at the personal Home Analysis service.
