    Marverine Cole is a multi-award-winning Journalist and Broadcaster. She has worked for ITV Central, BBC, Sky News and QVC the first black female presenter. She has produced original radio documentaries for BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC 1Xtra and BBC Radio 4. She sits on the Board of Directors of Birmingham Royal Ballet and is a Senior Lecturer and Director of Undergraduate Journalism courses at Birmingham City University. Marverine is also a Voiceover Artist and a consummate Events, Conference and Awards Host. Marverine is one of Britain's leading beer commentators and is a Beer Sommelier (Britains first-ever black British beer sommelier) and has collaborated with breweries on her own beers. He narrowly missed out on qualification for the Rio Olympics in 2016, he won the 2020 British indoor championship and is targeting a place at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. With a PB of 8.21m he is in the top 5 on the UK all-time list.
