I consider myself a mystic. By sheer grace and natural process, I had an experience of "ascent of the soul" at age 33. It happened to me. It was not my doing. Various practices have helped me to integrate this extraordinary experience into daily life. These practices include Centering Prayer, yoga, study of Christian spiritual classics. I’m currently participating in a Wespace Group. I’m childless, married, and living simply. My wife and I are caring for six chickens.
