When we see according to the flesh, we are quick to slander, but as we see according to the Spirit, we are able call one another higher from a place of love! Our community is currently spending this season studying Romans 12 verse by verse.

A ONCE + FOR ALL MOMENT! Jesus settled it once and for all when He rose from the dead, cleansing us from sin and making us right with God! No longer do guilt and shame write our stories, for we’ve been washed by the blood of the spotless Lamb. This is GOOD NEWS that the world needs to hear. Hallelujah, He is Risen!

Pressure and proximity are quick to expose wounds and weak spots in our love. Far too often, we attempt to process these things without God! One of the most powerful prayers we can pray in times of intensity is, “Lord, I need help!” 

As we learn to receive the Father’s love - His love that bears all things + hopes all things, we will be good stewards to pour out that genuine love on those around us.

Day after day, we are presented with neutral moments in life. Whether we’re eating breakfast, driving to work, or grabbing coffee with a friend - we have a consistent invitation to worship the Lord through the gifts of the spirit. God is looking for faithful friends who will honor Him in every moment, even in the mundane! This changes our perspective beyond resisting temptation to living each minute as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable to our God. 

We are following the leadership of Holy Spirit as we yield to spending extended time in Romans 12 as a community. 

On Sunday, we studied the story of Moses, Aaron and Hur in Exodus 17. In this transitional season for our community, we are actively choosing to reject passivity and hold each other up in a posture of worship until the victory is won!
