On this episode, I sit down with two of the biggest metal heads I know. Josh is a bit younger than I am and Goat is a bit older, so we get a good mix, but we have a lot of overlap. Plenty of alcohol was consumed, but none harmed. We talk about all types of shit, and share a lot of stories. Things get a little hairy, but we stop short of planning a crime. In the first episode of Everyone's Favorite Show, I sit down with my brother. We talk about movies, recovery, my failed MMA career, how I should have a studio he can smoke in, and of course, the most delicious things covered in gravy. I run him through the wringer asking him about all of his favorite things. He answered most of my questions.  

The Gooch is a general contractor and craftsman. We talk about his work a bit and about golf and recovery.  Its a good time and I'm glad he did the first one with me.
