It's NFL Week 18 and it feels like everything is riding on the outcome of this game for the Raiders players and coaches. Antonio Pierce may be coaching his last game for the Raiders, Aidan O'Connell may be getting his last start as the Raiders QB and soon to be free agents are playing for their next contract.

This game vs the Chargers can get ugly, and if it does, things will not be pretty for anyone within the organization. But, if the Raiders surprise us and show up big in week 18, it may actually save more than a few jobs for the current staff.
