Drug & substance abuse is quite rampant among young people today, illegal drugs like marijuana, crystal myth, and heroine being abused by our young people and some legal drugs also are being abused like pain relief drugs and paracetamol.

I had an interactive conversation with my guest Kasiemobi Mattew, we discussed a whole lot about traumatic experiences and why we Nigeria don’t invest in our mental health. I discussed the mild difference between psychiatric doctors and clinical psychologist and the role they play in the treatment of mental disorders.
