Set Yourself Free..

Today, I was just thinking about all of the behaviors and coping mechanisms that I learned as a child. I have settled into the awareness that these learned behaviors have affected me, and how I function as an adult.

Emotional pain is difficult to pinpoint. Unfortunately we do not associate random pain with unresolved emotional issues. The aches and pains are the indicators that something needs to be healed.

My mother always said be careful what you ask for because you just might get it. How many times have you given up on a goal or a dream, because you were challenged.

It took me a very long time to learn this. Now I am going to attempt to teach you.

Most of us never think about loss until it happens to us. What follows is unbearable pain and grief. We’re already in deep  and  just to stay afloat we attempt to rush the grieving process. This is a mistake.

We are here for a specific purpose., and the work that we do should be aligned with your purpose. It is time.
