Welcome to this brand new episode of the ETKS podcast. We dropped this special audio-only episode, exclusively for our Apple and Spotify family.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock (no offense if you have!), by now you’ve seen or heard what went down at the Oscars this past Sunday.
We just had to discuss our views on, Will Smith open hand slapping Chris Rock across the face, for the world to see! Did Will Smith go too far? Was Chris Rock’s joke inappropriate and what’s his issue with the Smiths? Was this a husband protecting his wife or a man whose emotions got the best of him?
Listen as the co-hosts share their usual difference of opinions!
Thank you all so much for your continued support! We love you too!

Welcome back to Season 4, Episode 2! You know we love to explore different relationship dynamics. On today’s show we are talking about, the relationship between your partner and your family.
Only in a perfect world will everyone get along. What happens when your man/woman doesn’t vibe with your family or in some cases are even fighting. Should it matter if your partner doesn’t like your family and vice versa?
Who are you rocking with?
Watch or listen in as the ETKS hosts share their very different views!
Let us know if you are TeamFamily or TeamPartner in the comments!
It’s our Season Finale episode!
Whew! It’s been quite the year. We love and appreciate you all so much, for rocking with us for 3 seasons of the Everything & The Kitchen Sink podcast!
For this week’s episode, we are talking about being a Plus Size woman or having a bigger body while living in America. Our favorite “big girl”, Tash gives her honest opinion on growing up overweight and even being a Plus Size adult.
Is using the word “fat” offensive? Why are women, in particular, ridiculed so much for their weight? Why do some people make it their duty to talk down on women with bigger bodies? Why are we so invested in women’s weight? What’s the obsession with larger bodies, when half the country is overweight?
We can all agree that being healthy is the ultimate goal. That also means mental health. No one deserves to be bullied, shamed or pressured into losing weight, to fit into some “one size fits all” beauty standard.
Join us for this conversation on Plus Size body shaming!
Stay tuned to our IG stories, for weekly polls and other content until we return in 2022!
ETKS out!

Hello ETKS Family! November is here and that means it’s the start of a new Fall season. When the leaves on trees begin to change and temperatures become much more bearable.
This week’s episode is all about advice! We often leave our advice questions until the end of the episode, but we decided to take our time with this one. I think we can all agree that ending a relationship is rarely an easy task. We know how things can get messy and even petty in some situations.
However, just like Fall sometimes things have to change, even become ugly to be restored into something beautiful!
Listen in, as we both share our perspectives on this particular advice segment.
We also had an IG Live discussing breakups! Be sure to check it out on the ETKS IG page. Let us know in the comments how you’ve handled breaking up with a partner.
As always thank you for the continued support!
We are back together again with another great relationship topic! This time we are discussing all things encompassing, Marriage.
For some singles,
getting married is a top goal.
On ETKS, we usually discuss everything that happens when you’re dating. You know The Good. The Bad and The Petty. But, what happens when you find your person?
Co-host Nasia shares her point of view of being married to her husband of 13 years and being together 20+ years. Who takes care of the bills? How they compromise on sharing parenting duties and household chores. Is wearing a wedding ring important?
