Never enough time in your day? Pushing things off, "I'll do them later" mentality, you're too tired, you worked hard all day, blah blah blah. It all comes down to a lack of prioritization and discipline.  

We all make time for things we prioritize in life. Sometimes making time for things you prioritize is what leaves you in a rut. This is because you're focusing on doing the easy things, the things you're comfortable with. 

Throughout the day, when you think of what you need to get done and you decide to hold off and do it later, you're letting your discipline slip. Overtime, it becomes easier and easier to NOT do the things you KNOW you SHOULD be doing. Join us to learn more about the principles behind a disciplined, more full-filling life.

Your habits affect your life. It is your choice to decide whether or not your habits will positively or negatively effect you. The best way to start introducing positive habits into your life is by your daily choices. This can be something as simple as drinking a glass of water as soon as you get out of bed. It can also be a bit more extreme such as running 10 miles every morning before work. Ultimately, it is up to you and your level of discipline. 

Do you put yourself in position to do something that makes you uncomfortable each and every day? If not, we challenge you to start. You'll be surprised how positive this practice can be.

The year started off quickly and intensely. However, we let life take control and used that as an excuse to let off the gas. In the next couple of weeks, we will be deep into Andy Frisella's 75 hard program. This episode gives a brief description of what the 75 hard program consists of. Needless to say, things are going to be and are currently getting very intense. 

On a lighter note, Josh joins Jason and I once again. We discuss some of our favorite cigars, answer a few real estate questions as well as have a guest call in.

With little knowledge on how to truly play Blackjack, Jason and I spent hours on a Saturday to try and nail basic strategy. As with anything, one of the best ways to get good at basic strategy is by practicing. You do this by playing as many hands as you can in the least amount of time possible. This was exactly what we faced. Little time, lots to learn and money on the table. You're going to want to stick around for this story!
